Adds notice of approval for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services as valid proof of identity for Florida driver license applications.

Requires DACA applicants to obtain driver licenses in person and to resubmit DACA approval documentation for duplicate, replacement, or renewal of licenses.

Sets driver license expiration for DACA applicants at 1 year from issuance or the expiration date of the DACA approval documentation, whichever occurs first.

Requires DACA applicants to appear in person when changing their name or address on a driver license and to resubmit their DACA approval documentation.

Effective date July 1, 2013.
