Requires motor vehicle registration and renewal application forms to include language allowing voluntary $1 or more contributions to Auto Club Group Traffic Safety Foundation, Inc.

Requires driver license and identification card application forms to add a new voluntary contribution option of $1 or more per applicant to Auto Club Group Traffic Safety Foundation, Inc., as subsection (r).

Designates that funds contributed to Auto Club Group Traffic Safety Foundation must be used for traffic safety outreach, education, and activities to save lives, reduce injuries, and prevent crashes.

Specifies that voluntary contributions received under these provisions are not considered income for purposes of applying the service charge under section 215.20, Florida Statutes.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
