Prohibits local governments from adopting ordinances that restrict, regulate, or prohibit agritourism activities on agricultural land, except during emergencies under chapter 252.

Revises the definition of "agritourism activity" to exclude construction of new structures intended to house or accommodate the public, and adds definition of "inherent risks of agritourism activity" including natural hazards, animal behavior, and participant negligence.

Limits liability of agritourism operators, employers, employees, and landowners for injuries or damages resulting from inherent risks of agritourism, unless caused by gross negligence, willful disregard for safety, or intentional injury.

Requires agritourism operators to post warning signs with 1-inch black letters at entrance and activity sites, and include the same warning notice in written contracts for professional services or equipment rental.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
