Revises eligibility requirements for non-accredited dental school graduates to take Florida dentistry examinations by clarifying they must complete either an accredited American dental school program or a supplemental general dentistry program.

Specifies that supplemental general dentistry programs do not include dental specialty programs, but may include 2-year advanced education in general dentistry or general practice residency programs if designed as supplemental programs.

Authorizes applicants enrolled in a dental specialty program recognized by the American Dental Association on March 23, 2012, to take examinations if they maintained continuous enrollment and completed an accredited specialty training program with official verification.

Requires all eligible applicants under the specialty program provision to be licensed on or before January 15, 2015, and expires this authorization on that date.
