Authorizes the Department of Education to provide equipment, funds, and other support to television stations owned and operated by district school boards that were licensed as full-power educational broadcast stations by the Federal Communications Commission as of January 1, 2012.

Specifies that funds provided to district school board-operated stations must be used for educational television programming including curriculum-based instruction, citizen participation programming, music and fine arts programs, coverage of public hearings and governmental meetings, and other public interest programming.

Prohibits funding for television stations that provide programming specifically designed to further the principles of a particular religion.

Amends sections 1001.25 and 1001.26, Florida Statutes, to include district school board-operated stations in the state's public broadcasting program system alongside Corporation for Public Broadcasting qualified stations.

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
