Redirects state sales and use tax proceeds from firearms and ammunition to the Safe Schools Trust Fund instead of the General Revenue Fund.

Creates immunity from criminal charges for students who surrender weapons or firearms to law enforcement, school principals, or designated school personnel at the earliest opportunity after entering a school safety zone, provided they commit no other violations involving the weapon.

Requires school districts to include mandatory guidance counseling in school safety issues for kindergarten through grade 5 students using Florida's School Counseling and Guidance Framework.

Updates cross-references throughout Florida Statutes to reflect the new paragraph designation for firearms and ammunition tax distribution.
