Amends child support guidelines to consider court-ordered time-sharing schedules and time-sharing arrangements agreed to by parties as deviation factors when adjusting child support awards.

Allows judges in family cases to take judicial notice of court records without prior notice to parties when imminent danger to persons or property is alleged and prior notice is impractical, with a deferred opportunity for parties to present evidence and a requirement to file notice within 2 business days.

Creates exception to prohibitions on evidence used in ex parte hearings for temporary injunctions in domestic violence, repeat violence, sexual violence, dating violence, and stalking cases by referencing the judicial notice provision in section 90.204.

Effective July 1, 2013.
