Defines "senior justice" and "senior judge" as retired justices or judges of the Supreme Court, district courts of appeal, or circuit/county courts who are assigned to temporary duty and have reached normal retirement age or vesting age in the Florida Retirement System.

Permits senior justices and judges to receive retirement benefits while serving in temporary assignments after being retired for one calendar month, without this service counting as reemployment or allowing renewed Florida Retirement System membership.

Increases required Florida Retirement System employer contribution rates by 0.45 percentage points for the Elected Officers' Class—Justices and Judges, and by 0.91 percentage points for unfunded actuarial liability.

Requires the Legislature to appropriate at least $1.6 million in recurring General Revenue Funds to the judicial branch to cover increased retirement benefit costs, with the bill taking effect only upon certification by the State Courts Administrator that the appropriation was made and not vetoed.

Makes technical corrections and conforming terminology changes throughout the Florida Statutes related to retirement provisions for justices and judges.
