Amends the definition of "posted land" to clarify posting requirements, effective October 1, 2013, requiring painted no trespassing notices to be accompanied by compliant signs at normal entry points.

Creates exemption for railroad and railway company property from standard posting requirements; trespass laws apply if rails or roadbeds are readily recognizable as railroad property or identified by conspicuous fencing or signs, even without formal notice postings.

Reenacts related provisions in sections 260.0125(5)(b) and 810.09(2)(d) of Florida Statutes to incorporate the amendment to section 810.011.

Effective July 1, 2013.
