Calls for revitalization of Trade and Investment Framework Agreement (TIFA) talks between the United States and Taiwan and inclusion of Taiwan in free trade negotiations such as the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP)

Supports Taiwan's participation in international organizations including the World Health Organization (WHO), International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), and United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC)

Directs presentation of the resolution to the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Miami and the Governor's office
