Allows students to count volunteer hours on political campaigns toward the community service requirement for Florida Bright Futures Scholarship awards.

Requires community service verification forms to include signatures from the student, the student's parent or guardian, and a representative of the organization where service was performed.

Applies to all three scholarship tiers: Florida Academic Scholars (100 hours), Florida Medallion Scholars (75 hours), and Florida Gold Seal Vocational Scholars (30 hours).

Takes effect July 1, 2013.
