Allows persons whose driver's licenses were revoked as habitual traffic offenders to petition for restoration of driving privileges after 5 years from the date of revocation.

Removes the July 1, 2010 date restriction for third violations of driving with a suspended or revoked license, allowing removal of habitual traffic offender designation at any time upon proof of compliance.

Eliminates the July 1, 2011 deadline for submitting proof of compliance with s. 318.14(10)(a) to remove the habitual traffic offender designation.

Clerk of court shall submit an amended disposition to remove the habitual traffic offender designation once proof of compliance is provided, without time restrictions.
