Designates April 19, 2013, as "Florida Wing, Civil Air Patrol Day" in the State of Florida.

Recognizes the Civil Air Patrol, established December 1, 1941, as a federally chartered civilian auxiliary of the United States Air Force with three primary missions: cadet programs, emergency services, and aerospace education.

Highlights Florida Wing's contributions including over 4,100 members, more than 6,000 flight hours over the past year, and execution of more than 330 missions supporting the state and U.S. Air Force operations.

Notes Civil Air Patrol's cadet program provides leadership, ethics, and flight training to youth ages 12-21, while the aerospace education program set a record with more than 550 glider flights in Florida.

Authorizes presentation of an official copy of the resolution to Florida Wing, Civil Air Patrol as recognition of the organization's volunteer service to Florida and the United States.
