Creates a Joint Legislative Task Force on Turkish and Florida Relations to strengthen friendship, business, and cultural ties between Florida and the Republic of Turkey.

Task force will be composed of co-chairs appointed by the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House, plus any Senate or House member who wishes to participate if appointed by their presiding officer.

Acknowledges that more than 15,000 Turkish Americans reside in Florida, including over 2,000 Turkish American businessmen contributing to the state economy.

Takes effect upon adoption by both the Senate and House of Representatives and remains in effect for the remainder of the 2012-2014 legislative term.
