Eliminates the scheduled repeal of the public records exemption in section 741.313, Florida Statutes, which shields personal identifying information of agency employees who are victims of domestic violence or sexual violence.

Removes the exemption from the Open Government Sunset Review Act, making the protection for victim records permanent rather than subject to automatic repeal on October 2, 2013.

Maintains confidentiality of personal identifying information contained in records documenting domestic violence or sexual violence submitted by agency employees under section 741.313.

Preserves the confidentiality of written leave requests and timesheets submitted by agency employees claiming domestic violence or sexual violence protection for 1 year after the leave is taken.

Effective date is October 1, 2013.
