Creates the State Technology Working Capital Trust Fund within the Department of State Technology effective July 1, 2013.

Fund serves as a depository for billing revenues from state data center customer entities, Department of State Technology receipts, interest earnings, and cash advances from customers.

Deposited moneys shall be used to fund operations of the Department of State Technology and the state data center.

Fund shall be terminated on July 1, 2017, unless terminated sooner, and must be reviewed under section 215.3206 before scheduled termination.

Bill takes effect July 1, 2013, contingent upon passage of SB 1762 or similar legislation in the same legislative session.
