Establishes the Florida Law Enforcement Officers' Hall of Fame to recognize law enforcement officers for their service and exemplary accomplishments.

Designates a public area on the Plaza Level of the Capitol Building as the location for the Hall of Fame, with the Department of Management Services setting aside the space in consultation with the Department of Law Enforcement.

Requires the Department of Law Enforcement to annually accept nominations from five organizations: Florida Police Chiefs Association, Florida Sheriffs Association, Florida Police Benevolent Association, Fraternal Order of Police, and State Law Enforcement Chiefs' Association, with each submitting a maximum of three nominees annually.

Directs the Department of Law Enforcement to submit a list of no more than ten nominees to the Governor and Cabinet, who will select up to five nominees for induction and will have their names affixed on a plaque in the Capitol Building.

Appropriates $63,142 in recurring funds from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Law Enforcement for implementation, effective October 1, 2014.
