Adds notice of approval of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status from United States Citizenship and Immigration Services as valid proof of identity for Florida driver license applications.

Driver licenses issued based on nonimmigrant classification documents (employment authorization cards or DACA approval notices) expire 1 year after issuance or on the expiration date of the presented document, whichever occurs first.

Applicants establishing identity through nonimmigrant documents must obtain duplicate or replacement licenses in person and must resubmit the same type of identification document.

Applicants must change their name or address in person and resubmit nonimmigrant identification documents if their original license was based on such documents.

Act takes effect upon becoming law.
