Designates 33 transportation facilities across Florida with honorary names honoring individuals, military personnel, and organizations, including streets, highways, bridges, ramps, and intersections in multiple counties.

Directs the Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers for each designated facility to display the honorary name.

Authorizes the Department of Transportation to permit private entities to erect a memorial marker at the Sunshine Skyway Bridge wayside park commemorating victims of the May 9, 1980 MV Summit Venture collision, subject to department approval and with the private entity responsible for all costs and maintenance security.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
