Proposes deletion of the exception in Article I, Section 2 of the Florida Constitution that authorizes laws regulating or prohibiting real property ownership, inheritance, disposition, and possession by aliens ineligible for citizenship

Removes a constitutional provision originally adopted in 1926 that granted the Legislature authority to restrict alien property rights

Amends the Declaration of Rights to provide that all natural persons have an inalienable right to acquire, possess, and protect property without exception

Requires submission of the amendment to Florida voters at the next general election or an earlier special election authorized by law

Includes a ballot statement explaining that the amendment eliminates authority to regulate or eliminate real property rights of aliens ineligible for citizenship
