Removes the 32-ounce container size limit for malt beverages sold at retail, allowing containers of any size to be sold by vendors.

Requires malt beverage containers to include manufacturer and brand information and have an unbroken seal or be incapable of immediate consumption.

Exempts bulk packaged malt beverages, kegs, barrels, and containers of 1 gallon or more from the container size restrictions.

Authorizes licensed manufacturers, distributors, and vendors to conduct malt beverage tastings at licensed alcoholic beverage premises without violating state law.

Limits malt beverage tastings to members of the general public who are of legal drinking age.
