Raises SAT score requirement for Florida Academic Scholars award from 1100 to 1290 (89th percentile) or concordant ACT score from 24 to 29 for students graduating in 2013-2014 academic year and thereafter.

Raises SAT score requirement for Florida Medallion Scholars award from 1170 to 1220 (75th percentile) or concordant ACT score from 26 to 27 for home-schooled students without documented college-preparatory curriculum, effective for 2013-2014 graduates and thereafter.

Maintains existing SAT/ACT score requirements for Florida Academic Scholars (1270 SAT or 28 ACT) and Medallion Scholars (970 SAT or 20 ACT) for 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 graduates.

Bases SAT percentile ranks and corresponding scores on 2010 college-bound seniors' critical reading and mathematics scores as reported by the College Board.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
