Revises Board of Pharmacy composition by reducing community pharmacy and Class II institutional pharmacy representatives from two members each to one member each, and increasing at-large pharmacist members from three to five.

Increases the number of registered pharmacy technicians a licensed pharmacist may supervise from one to three, subject to board guidelines.

Authorizes pharmacists to administer meningococcal and shingles vaccines to adults under established physician protocols in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.

Requires written prescriptions for controlled substances in Schedules II, III, and IV to include the date in numerical month/day/year format or with the month written out, and permits pharmacists to dispense without prescriber verification if the pharmacy previously dispensed to that person.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
