Amends section 1012.71, Florida Statutes to revise distribution procedures for the Florida Teachers Classroom Supply Assistance Program.

District school boards must calculate an identical proportionate share of allocated funds for each classroom teacher employed on September 1, including charter school teachers, with job-share teachers receiving a prorated amount.

Teachers determined eligible by July 1 receive their full proportionate share by August 1; those determined eligible after July 1 receive their share by September 30.

Funds may be distributed by direct deposit, check, debit card, or purchasing card, with debit cards required to display an identifier indicating they are issued for the program.

Program expenditures are exempt from competitive bidding requirements, and funds do not affect wages or employment terms and are not subject to collective bargaining; teachers may decline or return funds without explanation.
