• Florida House applies to Congress to call an Article V convention for proposing constitutional amendments imposing fiscal restraints on the Federal Government, limiting federal power and jurisdiction, and limiting terms of office for federal officials and Congress members.

• The three proposed amendment categories are severable and may be counted individually toward the required two-thirds of state applications needed to trigger an Article V convention.

• The memorial is automatically revoked and nullified retroactively if used to support any constitutional convention for purposes other than the three specified amendment categories.

• The application continues until legislatures of at least two-thirds of the states make applications on one or more of the three proposed amendment categories.

• Copies of the memorial must be sent to the President, President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, and all Florida Congressional delegation members.
