Removes prohibition on beer samplings at off-premises vendors' licensed premises and authorizes malt beverage tastings on certain vendor premises, subject to specific requirements and limitations.

Permits tastings at vendors with at least 10,000 square feet of interior floor space or package stores licensed under section 565.02(1)(a), limited to 576 ounces per tasting per day with only one manufacturer/distributor conducting tastings simultaneously.

Requires tastings be limited to legal-age consumers, with beverages served in tasting cups (3.5 ounces or less for off-premises locations) rather than sealed containers, and prohibits vendors from accepting fees or free/discounted malt beverages to authorize tastings.

Prohibits manufacturers, distributors, importers, and their agents from engaging in cooperative advertising with vendors or naming vendors in tasting advertisements.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
