Adds subsection (25) to Florida Statutes section 90.803 to create a new exception to the hearsay rule for domestic violence statements

Makes admissible statements describing acts of domestic violence that were made to enable law enforcement to respond to an ongoing emergency

Applies the domestic violence definition from Florida Statutes section 741.28

Allows such statements to be used in court hearings or trials even if the declarant is available as a witness

Takes effect upon becoming law
