Amends Florida Statutes section 409.903 to revise Medicaid eligibility criteria for pregnant women seeking prenatal care coverage.

Modifies income threshold for pregnant women and children under age 1 from 200 percent down to 185 percent of the federal poverty level, effective January 1, 1992.

Removes the effective date language "effective January 1, 1992" from the statute while maintaining the 185 percent income threshold.

Changes references from "Department of Children and Family Services" to "Department of Children and Families" throughout the statute.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
