Amends section 97.0585, Florida Statutes to limit public records exemptions for voter registration information to data obtained specifically for voter registration purposes.

Creates a public records exemption for dates of birth of voter registration applicants and voters held by state agencies.

Makes the date of birth exemption subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act, with automatic repeal on October 2, 2019 unless reenacted by the Legislature.

Maintains existing exemptions for voter registration declinations, voter registration locations, social security numbers, driver's license numbers, Florida identification numbers, and signatures of voter registration applicants.

Becomes effective July 1, 2014.
