Changes terminology from "Korean Conflict" to "Korean War" and "Vietnam Era" to "Vietnam War" throughout Florida statutes for consistency in veteran benefit references.

Authorizes issuance of Combat Medical Badge specialty license plates for eligible recipients, in addition to existing Combat Infantry Badge and Combat Action Badge plates.

Establishes that possession of military service medals (Korean Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, or Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal) is sufficient proof of eligibility for corresponding veteran specialty license plates.

Provides that first $100,000 in annual general revenue from specialty veteran license plate sales goes to the Grants and Donations Trust Fund, with additional revenue deposited into the State Homes for Veterans Trust Fund for construction and maintenance of veteran facilities.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
