Creates section 316.0777, Florida Statutes to establish a public records exemption for images and data from automated license plate recognition (ALPR) systems containing personal identifying information.

Exempts ALPR images, data, and resulting personal identifying information from public disclosure under Florida's public records law and state constitution, making such records confidential and exempt.

Allows disclosure of ALPR information only to criminal justice agencies performing official duties or to individuals regarding their own registered license plates, unless the information constitutes active criminal intelligence or investigative information.

Applies retroactively to ALPR information held by agencies before, on, or after the effective date of July 1, 2014.

Sunsets the exemption on October 2, 2019, unless the Legislature reviews and reenacts it before that date.
