Amends Chapter 2002-334, Laws of Florida to revise criteria for special alcoholic beverage licenses in entertainment or lodging complexes within retirement communities in the Town of Lady Lake and unincorporated Sumter County.

Permits the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco to issue special licenses allowing sale of alcoholic beverages and manufacture and sale of malt beverages for on-premises consumption only at qualified complexes.

Requires complexes to meet three criteria: minimum 15,000 annual visitors, meeting facilities for at least 250 persons, and at least two restaurants or lounges with 4,000+ square feet of service area capable of serving full-course meals to 250 persons simultaneously.

Specifies geographic boundaries for eligible properties in the Town of Lady Lake (Village Center Subdivision) and Sumter County (portions of Townships 18-19 South, Range 23 East).

License does not exempt licensees from local ordinances or prohibit structures banned by local regulations; all state alcoholic beverage laws apply unless inconsistent with this act.
