Creates Section 501.9745 to regulate websites that publish arrest booking photographs of individuals whose records have been sealed, expunged, dismissed, or resulted in acquittal.

Defines "subject individual" as a person arrested whose criminal record was sealed or expunged, or whose case was dismissed, statute of limitations expired, charges were nolle prosequi'd, or who was acquitted or successfully completed drug court sentencing.

Requires website operators engaged in commerce to remove subject individuals' arrest booking photographs within 30 days of receiving a written request that includes the person's name, date of birth, date of arrest, and arresting agency name.

Deems publishing such photographs for commercial purposes as transacting business in Florida, making violations subject to remedies under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.

Amends Section 501.212 to provide exemptions from the Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act for publishers and interactive computer service providers acting without actual knowledge of violations; effective October 1, 2014.
