Extends temporary domestic violence, repeat violence, sexual violence, dating violence, and stalking injunctions to remain in effect until a final injunction is served on the respondent, rather than expiring after 15 days.

Makes it unlawful to violate a final injunction for repeat violence, dating violence, sexual violence, stalking, or cyberstalking by possessing firearms or ammunition, establishing this as a first-degree misdemeanor.

Authorizes law enforcement to arrest without a warrant when there is probable cause that a person has committed repeat violence, sexual violence, stalking, cyberstalking, or child abuse.

Makes victim contact conditions in pretrial release orders effective immediately upon court order rather than at a later date.

Takes effect October 1, 2014.
