Reduces the full schedule of live racing requirement for greyhound racing permitholders from 100 performances to 50 live evening or matinee performances during the preceding year

Maintains the 100 performance requirement for jai alai permitholders and other permitholder categories with specific thresholds for different racing types

Exempts greyhound racing permitholders from the requirement to conduct at least 90 percent of total live performances when renewing a cardroom license, while maintaining this requirement for all other permitholder types

Requires harness racing permitholders to conduct a minimum of 140 live performances during the immediately preceding state fiscal year to renew a cardroom license

Becomes effective July 1, 2014
