Repeals section 468.70 relating to legislative intent and revises definitions of athletic training and related terms in Florida law.

Authorizes out-of-state certified or licensed athletic trainers to practice in Florida for up to 30 days without a state license; those staying longer must apply for a temporary license.

Requires athletic trainers to obtain Board of Certification certification and current CPR/automated external defibrillator certification; removes the $200 examination fee requirement.

Prohibits use of titles "athletic trainer," "licensed athletic trainer," and abbreviations "AT" or "LAT" by unlicensed persons, with violations constituting first-degree misdemeanors.

Requires athletic trainers to include their name, credentials, and license number in all advertising and to clearly identify themselves as licensed trainers to patients; failure to do so constitutes grounds for disciplinary action.
