Creates section 125.028 requiring county park departments to provide partial or full discounts on park entrance fees to current military members, honorably discharged veterans, disabled veterans, surviving spouses/parents of deceased military members who died in combat, and surviving spouses/parents of law enforcement officers and firefighters who died in the line of duty.

Creates section 166.0447 imposing identical discount requirements on municipal park departments as apply to county park departments.

Defines "park entrance fees" as fees charged to access lands managed by county or municipal park departments, excluding additional amenities fees for campgrounds, aquatic facilities, stadiums, arenas, facility rentals, special events, boat launching, golf, zoos, museums, gardens, and programs.

Requires individuals to present written documentation satisfactory to the park department to verify eligibility for discounts.

Effective date is July 1, 2014.
