Amends section 119.071, F.S. to exempt investigative information revealing the address or place of employment of domestic violence victims from public records disclosure, subject to repeal October 2, 2019.

Creates section 741.2903, F.S. allowing state attorneys to file notice with courts to maintain confidentiality of domestic violence victims' addresses and employment information in criminal cases.

Courts shall automatically enter orders restricting disclosure of victim information upon filing of state attorney notice, with confidential status maintained in court records and proceedings.

Allows defendants to file motions for disclosure of victim address or employment information only upon showing particular need or demonstrating relevance to attacking victim credibility.

Effective July 1, 2014; Legislature finds public necessity for protecting domestic violence victims attempting to relocate and escape from assailants.
