Amends Florida Statutes section 1011.62 to add funding calculations for Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) programs based on student examination performance.

Awards 0.08 full-time equivalent student membership for each AVID student who scores 4+ on International Baccalaureate exams, E+ on Advanced International Certificate of Education exams, 3+ on Advanced Placement exams, or passes Algebra or higher-level mathematics end-of-course exams in grades 6-8.

Adds the calculated full-time equivalent membership value to basic program funding for grades 6-12 in the subsequent fiscal year.

Requires school districts to allocate received funds directly to the school generating the funds, with mandatory spending on AVID annual membership fees, staff professional development and training, instructional supplies, and tutor compensation.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
