Creates the Florida Tourism Hall of Fame administered by the Florida Tourism Industry Marketing Corporation without state appropriation of funds.

Designates the Plaza Level of the Capitol Building as the location for display of inductee plaques showing each member's name, image, discipline, and vital information.

Establishes annual nomination and selection procedures with preference given to tourism industry leaders born in or adopted by Florida who made significant contributions to the state's travel and tourism industry.

Allows the corporation to set specific timeframes for nominations and establish a formal induction ceremony coinciding with the annual Governor's Conference on Tourism.

Grandfathers all persons inducted before July 1, 2014, to remain in the Hall of Fame, with the act taking effect July 1, 2014.
