Revises filing fees for limited liability companies, corporations, nonprofits, limited partnerships, and general partnerships, with most fees reduced significantly.

Creates a new late fee structure for annual reports ranging from $125 to $400 depending on how late the payment is submitted, with exceptions for entities that are administratively dissolved.

Repeals the supplemental corporate fee previously required under section 607.193.

Defines "department" as the Department of State in multiple business entity statutes and updates cross-references throughout the code.

Takes effect January 1, 2015.
