Creates section 548.062, Florida Statutes, to establish a public records exemption for proprietary confidential business information submitted to or obtained by the Florida State Boxing Commission from boxing promoters.

Defines "proprietary confidential business information" as information owned by a promoter that is treated as private, would cause harm if disclosed, and has not been publicly released except through statutory requirements, court orders, or private agreements.

Exempts from disclosure ticket sales numbers, gross receipts amounts, trade secrets, business plans, internal and external audit reports filed with or obtained by the commission.

Allows disclosure of exempted information to other governmental entities performing their duties and responsibilities.

Automatically repeals on October 2, 2019, unless the Legislature reviews and reenacts the exemption under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.
