Reduces the monthly expense allowance for Santa Rosa Island Authority members from $550 to $400 per month, as determined by the Escambia County Board of County Commissioners.

Adds up to an additional $100 per month allowance specifically for the chair of the authority.

Maintains that members receive no compensation for services, only expense allowances and travel reimbursement.

Preserves existing provisions that four members constitute a quorum and actions require affirmative vote of four members.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
