Proposes amendment to Article VII, Section 4 of Florida Constitution to expand renewable energy exemptions from property tax assessments.

Removes restriction limiting renewable energy exemptions to residential properties only, allowing exemptions for commercial and other property types.

Restricts exemptions to renewable energy devices installed by end-use customers primarily intended to offset part or all of the customer's electricity demands.

Requires approval by Florida voters at the next general election or special election authorized by law.

Ballot language clarifies that exemptions apply only to devices that offset electricity demands and are installed by the end-use customer, not third-party installations.
