Amends Florida Statutes section 212.08 to add a sales and use tax exemption for original works of art signed by the artist with a sales price of $1,000 or more

Defines "original work of art" to include paintings, photographs, and glass sculptures where value is attributable predominantly to artistic importance

Excludes posters, lithographs, numbered prints, artist proofs, and other non-original art forms from the exemption

Takes effect July 1, 2014
