Directs the Division of Pari-mutuel Wagering to maintain accurate records of all injuries incurred by racing greyhounds in Florida, including schooling races

Records must include greyhound identification (name, tattoo numbers, microchip), owner/trainer/kennel operator information, physical characteristics, injury location, race details, weather conditions, and injury specifics with recovery time estimates

Requires all injury forms to be completed and signed under oath by the racetrack veterinarian with a designated division representative as witness

Injury records must be maintained for 7 years and made readily available to the public upon oral or written request

Establishes penalties of up to $1,500 for knowingly making false statements on injury forms, with fines of at least $3,000 for second or subsequent violations; effective July 1, 2014
