• Redefines "amusement machine" to clarify it means a machine activated by coin/currency where players use skill to win merchandise or points, with merchandise value not exceeding 75 cents per game.

• Adds new definition of "truck stop" as a diesel fuel dealer with at least six functional fuel pumps that operates coin-operated amusement games for public entertainment.

• Establishes merchandise value caps: $5.25 or 15 times the amount charged per game (whichever is less) for machines providing points/coupons exchangeable on-site, and $50 for machines directly providing merchandise.

• Requires the Department of Revenue to calculate and publish annually (beginning September 30, 2015) an adjusted merchandise cap based on inflation using the Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers for the South Region, effective each January 1.

• Repeals section 849.21, Florida Statutes, relating to injunctions for violations.
