Prohibits Florida public postsecondary education institutions (Florida College System institutions and state universities) from using state funds to support academic entities that have issued resolutions or taken official actions boycotting host countries or postsecondary institutions located in host countries.

Bars state funding for academic entity membership fees, employee travel, or lodging to attend meetings of academic entities engaged in discriminatory boycotts.

Institutions that violate the prohibition become ineligible to receive state funds during the academic year in which the violation occurs.

Permits individual employees to attend academic entity events without state funding and prohibits institutions from using such attendance in employment decisions.

Effective date is July 1, 2014.
