Creates public records exemption for information about locations of safe houses, safe foster homes, and other residential facilities serving victims of sexual exploitation held by agencies

Creates public records exemption for information about locations of residential facilities serving adult victims of human trafficking involving commercial sexual activity held by agencies

Allows location information to be shared between agencies only as necessary to maintain health and safety standards and address emergency situations

Both exemptions are subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeal on October 2, 2019, unless reenacted by the Legislature

Effective date is contingent upon HB 1017, HB 7141, or similar human trafficking legislation becoming law in the same legislative session
