Suspends massage establishment licenses and individual massage licenses if a licensee is charged with domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, or kidnapping offenses.

License suspension continues until charges are no longer pending, except that suspension remains in effect upon conviction pending Board of Massage Therapy disciplinary action.

Restores and extends suspended licenses if all charges are dismissed, nolle prossed, or result in acquittal, with the extension period equal to the lesser of remaining license term or full suspension period.

Applies only to charges brought on or after October 1, 2014.
